Who are we?

Our charity “Noiperloro” is a volunteer organization established in 2004 to support, morally and financially, a group of people dear to us that are working in Romania. Here in Nicoresti, to the east in the County of Galati, my brother Ettore Barion and his wife Eithne Gallagher have been working since 2001. In this desolate region, where most people are subsistence farmers, living in modest houses without water and often with no electricity, two foundations "Tanner mission" and "Bun Samaritan" work. Their primary goal is to help the most needy children (abandoned and disabled) hosting them in loving, warm family homes.
Noiperloro works in this mission primarily to help these children and teens, while also reaching out to poor families and elderly people living alone.

Noiperloro is registerd in county Trento in Italy where Eithne and Ettore Barion have their residency. Noiperloro means US for THEM, stressing the meaning of a bridge that starts from the work WE do in Italy and Ireland to reach THEM who are in need, with the awareness that at the end WE are the one who receive the most in our heart.

Who are THEY
They are all the abandoned and disabled children in our family homes in Nicoresti.
They are all the elderly people, children and families living in poverty in Romania and who constantly knock at our door.

About US
We are those who can not close our eyes to the suffering of others, we are those who, in everyday life, can make a small gesture of solidarity, which, combined with others become a huge help.
We, all together, with little can really achieve a lot.
